세계적 퍼포먼스 작가 요아킴 스탬페와 함께 하는 자연 친화적 예술 워크숍. 제주도의 돌은 타 지역의 돌과 비교할 수 없는 독특한 특징을 지닌 화산석이다. 특히 돌의 형태도 매우 다양하여 마치 살아있는 생명체처럼 느껴지기도 한다. 그러한 돌에 예술적, 미술적 감성과 약간의 테크닉이 가미되면 마치 돌이 사람이 되기도 하고 동물이 되기도 한다. 우리 지역에 있는 돌에게 생명을 부여하는 특별한 프로그램이다.
A World-renowned and leading performer Joakim Stampe from Sweden will lead you to an extraordinary experience only with stone and water. This will be a very eco-friendly workshop for entrants to feel like that stone around us is alive.

1959년 스웨덴의 예테보리(Göteborg)에서 태어났다. 2006년부터 스칸디나비아의 대표적인 국제 퍼포먼스 아트 페스티벌인 Live Action Göteborg의 공동 설립자이자 매니저로 활동하면서 스웨덴을 비롯한 스칸디나비아에서 퍼포먼스를 확산시키고 발전시키는데 큰 역할을 하고 있다. 요아킴은 오늘날 스웨덴에서 영향력 있는 퍼포먼스 작가 중 한 명이다. 2006년 이후 100여 개 이상의 퍼포먼스 작업을 했으며 전 세계 곳곳에서 열리는 페스티벌과 행사에 자주 초청되었다. 요아킴은 아시아를 비롯해 유럽, 그리고 북미와 남미 15개국 이상에서 작품을 선보였다.
Born in 1959, lives and works in Göteborg, Sweden. From 2006 and the start of Live Action, which he co-founded, Joakim Stampe subsequently started to focus on performance art. Being the co-founder and project manager of Live Action Göteborg, the leading international performance art festival in Scandinavia, he is playing an active role for the proliferation and development of performance art in Sweden and Scandinavia. Joakim Stampe is today one of the leading performance artists in Sweden. Since 2006 he has created more than 100 performance art works and is frequently invited to festivals and events all over the world. He has showcased his work in more than fifteen countries in Asia, Europe, as well as in North and South America.
