에너지 대체 힐링 요법 레이키와 하와인의 정화법 카히로아를 배울 수 있는 아주 특별한 명상 힐링 워크숍. 레이키(Reiki)는 육체뿐 아니라 감정과 정신을 치유하고 에너지의 밸런스를 잡아주며 영적인 성장까지 도와주는 요법으로 일본의 승려 미카오 우스이(Mikao Usui)가 구라마 산에서 예수가 행한 힐링 방법을 연구하며 21일간 단식을 수행하는 중 경험한 초자연적 에너지로 우주적 생명력 에너지를 의미한다. 카히로아(Kai Loa)는 초자연적이면서도 과학적인 하와이에서 수백 년 동안 내려오는 전통적 정화법으로 단순한 몸 치료뿐 아니라 마음과 자연의 조화를 통해 건강한 육체와 정신을 만들 수 있는 힐링 요법이다. 워크숍에서는 레이키의 역사와 명상법, 카히로아의 배경과 신체 이완 명상 등 ‘내면자아’와 만나는 시간을 가질 수 있다.

 

첫째 날 – 레이키 시스템 설명, 자기치유 실습, 타인치유 실습

둘째 날 - 하와이안 무속신앙, 후나의 세계관, 우니히필리에 대한 설명 짝지어 실습 

 

The workshop offers two special therapies; Reiki, an energy healing therapy and Kai Loa from Hawaiin traditional healing therapy. Reiki is a spiritual practice developed by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui, which has since been adapted by various teachers of varying traditions. Kahi Loa is a traditional form of healing or massage that originated in Hawai'i, where for centuries, it was widely practised by the islands' Master Healers. Blending the metaphysical with the scientific approach, Kahi Loa is much more than just a massage technique – incorporating the belief that using the Mind and Nature harmonises and heals makes it a totally unique approach to well being.
